According to the decision of the European Union, in 2023 a Hungarian and a British city could get the title of the European Capital of Culture. Debrecen has a serious (trans border) region centre role and prominent infrastructure, which are ensure a significant vantage-point for the city. Furthermore, this role ensures for Debrecen more than one million inhabitants in a multinational agglomeration. From this point of view, I have designed the whole image of “Debrecen 2023 – European Capital of Culture”
